Wayfair Transportation interview questions

I interviewed for a job, I was lucky to receive an offer, but the problem with it was it was in a different state, then I interviewed. Then for the next couple of years, they call me asking if I am interested in a different position, I always listen to offers, I get an email scheduling a phone call with SR Mgmt, then SR Mgmt calls me that day and tells me the position is already filled from within, they just scheduled the call 36 hrs ago. I know understand why the turnover rate is extremely high in the company
