Interview
I was offered an initial interview within a week of application. I believe this would have been a 30-min screen, but would be conducted by phone (oddly, not by virtual meet, considering the type of position). The day/date selection process was easy, but come the appointed time, no one called and there was no way to reach out to someone in case of trouble. Looking on LinkedIn I see that the recruiter who worked with me is suddenly no longer with WayFair after 5mos. Perhaps I fel through the cracks or perhaps this company needs some assistance with successful interviewing and Onboarding. I would contemplate another opportunity, but with careful moves.
