Interview consisted of the standard interview rounds - HR, Hiring Manager and Final Onsite of 4 rounds. And a few other rounds of the recruiter calling me to negotiate lower salary multiple times - this has been an extremely awkward experience for me. I'm a master's level student with a job, and they offered me an intern "hourly" salary - straight up ridiculous. Advice to recruitment: Please look up potential candidates' current salaries on Glassdoor before negotiating with them. Few weeks after the onsite they kept promising to get back, and said it was overall positive and I've been waiting to hear back ever since. Have sent two follow up email and no response for 2 months and counting. It is NOT OKAY to ghost a candidate after final round.
Video chat interview followed by in person, and ended with another video chat. Good interview process. Ask about accomplishments, work ethic and resume. Second and third interviews there are technical questions.
