The interview process consisted of filling out a job application via the college's job board. The interview was done virtually due to covid and overall was well. It was a group-style interview and despite it being multiple people asking questions, I felt at ease while answering. Please be knowledgeable that this is a position working with high school students so tailor answers that would accommodate this.
