There were 4 total interviews: the initial recruiter phone interview, one with associate level employees, one with director level employees, and the last one with the CEO and VP of Ops. There was also a brief personality questionnaire/assessment. Everyone was super nice and knowledgeable, asked relevant, appropriate questions, and was very informative about the role and culture. I especially enjoyed meeting with the CEO and VP of Ops, you could tell that they knew their stuff, knew what went into creating good workplace culture, and understood that that results in a great customer experience. They also had a level of humility that is so valuable and sometimes rare in C-level execs. After the interview process, the recruiter actually called me to tell me I didn't get the position, thanked me profusely for the time I spent interviewing, and provided the feedback she had. I'm really sad I didn't get the role because of how great this company seems to be! On the flip side, I'm so grateful to have had such a positive interview experience and opportunity to connect with such quality individuals. I wish more companies operated this way.
