The interviewer arrived late which his a RED FLAG. Despite the outcome, I would have declined for this and the whole four interviews till decision circus. The interview process was easy. Asked questions like tell me about yourself and wanted to know if your experience aligns with their product. They ask about your previous workload and if you have experience working with other departments. The company is about as diverse as a piece of printer paper. They want to do four rounds of interviews because they find it difficult to identify good candidates. Their website about themselves as an organization is so bare bones. I feel like this company comes off as solely numbers-driven. The same day I had my interview in less time than one shift at work I was declined. No notes or feedback. But it doesn't seem to me like I would fit into the company from a visual standpoint. And 4 interviews is such a waste of time. Despite the interviewer having no qualms with my experience or our conversation she was probably not interested the moment she looked at me. She was detached and disengaged from the conversation and not articulate in her questions about the company. I think because they are such a small up-and-coming organization they don't know who they are. And they are in the process of setting up SOPs so buyer beware. It was good practice.
