The recruiter I worked with was very attentive and kind. I did a normal phone round followed by multiple video/written/excel assessments. I made the final interview which was an in person portion and spoke with three sales managers/directors and one current employee. They responded several days later and said that I did not have enough experience ( for an entry level role which would provide training.) Not sure why they didn't tell me that during the first two rounds. The process took a month and I wasted so much time prepping. They interview a high volume of candidates and are still posting for this job. Not sure if they are really hiring or just looking for free PR at this point.
