I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Weatherford (Anzoátegui) in Feb 2012

My enterview was an assement program, the one and only made by the company in Venezuela, was conducted by a Psicologist and a team of product line managers. They were looking for recent graduates so they were looking for the one wth betterr attitude and aptitude.
