Quite disappointed with the whole hiring process. I was contacted by a Recruiter two week after my preliminary discussion to schedule an interview with the Marketing Head. However, 20 hours before the interview I was informed that the discussion will have to be rescheduled as the Marketing head will be interviewing candidates for junior positions before they start hiring for managerial positions. The very next day, I received an automated email stating they have moved ahead in the process with a more suitable candidate. From a company as big and Weatherford, quite disappointed with unclear communication and incorrect information by the recruitment team. I wish they had clearly communicated what was going on with regards to the position.
