Overall, the process was pretty easy. There were five steps, all video-based interviews. 1. Recruiter Screening 2. Application design - This was the hardest part, but overall it wasn't bad. They had a basic application in Excalidraw.com that we reviewed and talked about optimizations and how to add a new feature. 3. Peer Interview - Discussion with another engineering manager. 4. Cross-Functional Interview - Discussion with a product designer and a product manager. 5. Final Assessment - Discussion with a senior engineering director
