For a company who prides themselves on an extraordinarily special company culture, I think they should reevaluate how the treat applicants. The applicants experience should mirror that of the company culture they say is so amazing. If you say you are interested in pursuing next steps, you should not ghost applicants. If you truly lived your values you would not treat people like that. I met with one of the founders and I’m not impressed with the follow through.
