Weave’s interview process was well coordinated from the beginning. Starting with the recruiter, phone interviews were well coordinated, comprehensive and pleasant. Once the process moved to on-site interviews, the receptionist was outstanding and professional. She sent out several reminders and was just a kind and genuine person. Meeting with the leadership team onsite was a testament to the values and culture. Conversations were two sided and questions well aligned to the job posting. Unfortunately for me a decision was made to restructure the role last minute but that didn’t change my opinion of the process.
