I had a total of 3 interviews. Overall all were very unique, in that they were definitely tailored to find someone who fit the cultural. You have to really know yourself, your profession, and where you stand in it to get through them. First interview was over-the-phone asking the general questions that go into my background and how I handled certain scenarios, however with their own spin on the questions and we went through a lot of different topics. The second interview was in-person. The questions really sought to analyze the kind of work I did and my process for doing it. The third was a group interview, with 3 people who work for WebPT. This one really dove deep into who I am as a person, my thought process, my skills, my ideas, and what I could potentially bring to the team. Definitely unexpected questions, though I appreciated what they were asking, as these interviews felt like professional conversations that were challenging but enjoyable. Makes me very confident in the team that is already there.
