If you do well during that, you will be invited to to take a very extensive writing test. It is the largest writing test, I have ever encountered for PR. HR reached out to me after a referral. I had a phone screen and then a 1 hour Skype interview with four different current employees. Some of the questions were challenging, but everyone was extremely nice and very informative. It felt more like a conversation and I also learned a lot about the company.
