I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Weber Shandwick
Interview
Was contacted directly by Weber recruiting and a week later I interviewed with 5 people. No one from HR came to meet me after the interview, which was odd, in my experience they begin and end the interviews.
I sent thank you and two follow up emails and never received a response. Even a simple response that they decided to hire someone else or look for someone with different experience.
Describe your biggest challenge and explain why you found that particular situation challenging and what steps you took to navigate it. Explain what the outcome of your actions was and what lessons you took away.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Weber Shandwick (New York, NY) in Nov 2023
Interview
Got a HR phone call as first round of interview but the recruiter seemed less than enthusiastic to talk to me. It was mostly focused on running through my resume than going over the job opportunity.
