Interview
I applied online through LinkedIn and received an email shortly from the talent acquisition manager. We had a good conversation and she was invited me to come to the office for an in-person interview. (The only thing off-putting was she didn't even have my resume, which was submitted with the application) I met 3 members of the team and it was a typical interview, nothing too difficult and everyone was friendly. I sent thank you emails to the entire team and hiring manager. I received no response. I was actively interviewing with a lot of places so the next week I sent a friendly reminder asking if I was still in consideration for the position. Again no response. I know this is a large company and things can get busy but if you can't send one email letting a candidate know they're not in for consideration anymore then what's the point of working in the talent department. This was disappointing to me because Weber Shandwick is such a respected company globally and I have high expectations for how they handle the interview process. Just send an automated response for all I care just don't leave candidates hanging.

Interview
The interview process consisted of a preliminary phone interview with a recruiter, followed by a subsequent interview with the hiring managers conducted via Zoom. Each interview lasted less than 30 minutes, making it a relatively swift process overall.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
During the interviews, they inquired about my background, previous work experiences, and internships.
Very basic & easy questions about previous work experience, education and your interest. They'll probably ask you why you're interested in the field of PR at all, what motivates you kind of thing. Basically, they want to know if you'll stick around for long.
