First virtual interview went well. Then they asked me to provide an aptitude test by manipulating some photos, which is fine except they’re asking you to do something with software they’re providing for you after you’re hired? Had an old version of PS and followed the very vague instructions. They sent me a dead folder link that didn’t work to submit my files. I was told I could send them as attachments but they said they couldn’t open them. At this point I felt like I was being yanked around. Finally got them to them on another file sharing website only to be told I didn’t meet their expectations. Manipulating product photos isn’t difficult. If they have a specific way they want you to do it, that should be covered in the training process. Frankly, it felt like they’d already gotten who they wanted and were just wasting my time.

Applied online and two days later got the call and had a phone interview. Afterwards, I was asked to do a drug screening and report to the place of business for an in person interview. I was asked a few basic questions that pertained to personality and situational circumstances. But I believe there were two kind of "off the wall" questions that didn't really seem appropriate for a professionally serious environment.
