      Lead Customer Success Advocate Interview

      Apr 6, 2016
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Scottsdale, AZ
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Weebly (Scottsdale, AZ) in Apr 2016

      Interview

Brief email interview with HR, followed by a phone interview with HR wherein leadership type questions are asked. After this step, another phone interview is conducted with People Ops (hiring manager), wherein you are told this position is not for a leadership role, but rather a frontline agent role. This was a very misleading interview as the job title and description post all point to this being a team lead type of role. The hiring manager advised everyone starts as a chat or phone frontline agent and then works up into leadership later on. If this is the job they are hiring for initially, the job description and interview questions were very misleading and should be targeted towards the actual role being hired for.
