I was contacted by Weebly for an interview. The initial interviewer got very defensive when I started asking about Weebly's code base. She kept harping on how great Weebly's culture was and how smart the people who worked there were, but never asked me any specific questions about my skills or experience. It was hard to tell what she was looking for in this interview unless it was a personality test. At the end of the interview, she said she'd call back by the end of the week, but never did.
