Interview
I applied online and a week later they sent me an email to schedule a phone interview for the following week. They called me 10 minutes early and the interview was about 45 minutes long since they read questions off of a computer prompt and type out your answers. They will go over everything on your application and then ask you basic interview questions. They called me 2 days later to schedule an in person interview with someone from HR and a manager from the prepared foods section. That interview went okay, I got nervous and overwhelmed at some parts and my mind completely blanked. Just remember to stay confident and have a positive attitude. During this interview they basically ask the same questions they ask you in the phone interview and some "situational" type questions, and once again, they write down everything you say. The process is very tedious and boring. I was convinced that I messed up the interview but they ended up calling me the very next day and offered me the job!
Reading the interview questions on this website really helped me prepare for the interviews. Just remember to stay calm, and be confident! Make contact and smile.
The questions I posted below are not all the exact wording that they used, it is just the gist of what they asked.

I Had a phone interview then was called to the store that following week to interview with the hiring manager and department manager. I had stumbled across a couple of questions they asked me that I was unprepared for and I ended up not getting the job. Make sure to make eye contact.
