I was contacted to schedule a phone interview that took place one day after the call. The woman I spoke to was very nice. It would've been my first job so she asked me questions about why I wanted to work for Wegmans, how I found out about the job and my social skills. It was my first interview so I was expecting it to be harder, but the questions were easy to answer and it was very relaxed. The interview took about 30 minutes.

What is your availability/do you have reliable transportation?
easy, what-if scenarios, availability. it is a lot of basic interview questions. they want to know if you are good with a team and not violent or easily angered. a lot of highschoolers apply to this job so it is very basic.

Phone screening with HR and in person interview with management. Everyone is beyond friendly. Pleasant experience overall. Recommend to students as this is a flexible role. There is also growth to work in other departments.
