Very friendly. Normally you have an interview with HR then with whatever dept. manager to which you are applying. They either do it one after the other, or both at the same time in the office together. They do not make it awkward or anything.

Hiring Process total took 15 days. I got a call back a day after I applied to schedule a phone interview. After the phone interview they said they would call back in 1-2 weeks to let me know if they wanted to proceed with me. The next day I got a call to schedule an in person interview. After I did this interview they told me again in 1-2 weeks they would get back to me. 2 days later they offered me the position.
