I applied online, was contacted by phone and scheduled a phone interview the next week. The phone interview was easy, they just wanted to see about your availability and skills. A few days later they called, scheduled an in person interview a few days later. At first I was super nervous, but I answered every question very honestly, didn't try to sound like a suck up. First someone at the hiring department will ask you a few questions regarding your availability again, previous work, expected hourly wage, etc. Then you go to the front end manager and they ask you a lot of situational questions. (What would you do if this happened.) A lot of experience questions so have stories of working as a team ready. They like to see if you'll be good with the customers, talkative. So just don't be nervous. If talking with 2 people makes you THAT nervous, then this probably isn't a job for you, being that it's working directly with others. But after the interview they said that they would get back to me within 2 weeks because they had 2 interviews the next day. I guess they liked me because within the next day they called telling me that I got the job, now Im setting up my meeting to talk about orientation. The process wasn't very lengthy for me but maybe because my schedule is very open and they need workers.
