There was a phone interview which was followed by 2 more interviews. The 2nd and 3rd interviews consisted an interview with the hiring manager as well as the front end manager. The worst thing about it was that they made me feel as if I was already part of the team and would definitely get the job, but one week later they emailed me saying I didn't/

All I'm going to say is there were a lot of questions, general as well as specific such as times you had issues with co workers, etc.
easy, what-if scenarios, availability. it is a lot of basic interview questions. they want to know if you are good with a team and not violent or easily angered. a lot of highschoolers apply to this job so it is very basic.

Phone screening with HR and in person interview with management. Everyone is beyond friendly. Pleasant experience overall. Recommend to students as this is a flexible role. There is also growth to work in other departments.
