Very straightforward and pretty easy process. I applied on Monday and received an e-mail invitation later in the day for a phone interview. Had a 30-minute phone interview on Wednesday morning and received a call a couple of hours later for an in-person interview at the store. Finally, had an in-person interview with HR and team leader that lasted about 40 minutes.
