Completely Ridiculous. I went to culinary at 45. I think they only reason i got the interview was they were curious to know what 12-step program I might be in because working in the bakery was definitely many steps below where I was professionally. There were 4 people that I was infinitely more qualified than interviewing me and throwing questions at me. Apparently I didn't fit their mold of a mindless sheep. The rudest follow-up I have ever received

They were all leading questions geared towards supervisory or management and how I would 'act' in particular situations. 'If a co-worker was not being safe', etc.

The interview was scheduled by phone, we met in a nice office and two people interviewed me. I felt like my resume was read and understood prior to the interview. Interviewers were kind and asked questions about my overall work ethic as well as problem-solving and team mentality questions.
