1) I'm being hired for new store and the process is still ongoing. 2) Apply online (CV) 3) Two days later a phone interview (about 40 minutes) and scheduled an in-person interview. 4) The in-person interview happened 4 days later with the Operations Manager and the HR - a lot of tough questions (some were a repeat from the phone interview). This meeting lasted one hour. 5) Job was offered the following day through a phone call 6) this same day, a Drug testing authorization letter via email (drug screening performed with hair collection at a walk-in clinic - 4 panel drug screen). 7) The same day another email with forms asking authorization for the background check. So far this is it. This is hiring process for Wegmans is still ongoing... If this site allows me to return here and update this information, I will do so...
