I applied online. I interviewed at Wegmans Food Markets (Owings Mills, MD)
Interview
The interviewer Mimi was really nice, but they rescheduled me claiming to need to do an hour interview for "prospective clients". Went back interview took 15 min just to get an email not selected. Place is definitely pretentious. They talk about it like it's a law firm. 1 reschedule and 2 potential interviews for a super market is just a waste of time.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Wegmans Food Markets (Parsippany, NJ) in Jul 2020
Interview
After a successful phone interview I was called in to a face to face interview. Was not interviewed by management but by 2 associates who wrote down every word I said. It was a little disconcerting because there was minimal eye contact.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Wegmans Food Markets in Apr 2017
Interview
Easy, fast and in person. Thorough explanation of the expectations and job details. Expect to be one on one in a small office setting with HR person. Notified over the phone or email shortly after.
