Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What does diversity mean to you? (Phone interview)
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Wegmans Food Markets (Wilkes Barre, PA) in Aug 2023
Interview
It begins with a phone interview, during which they ask about you're availability, as well as some team work and customer service questions. If you pass, at the end of the phone interview they will invite you for an in person interview. I was first given a tour of the dairy department by the manager, then interview by the dairy manager and hr representative. Both the phone screening and in person interview were very in depth and professional for a grocery store, although everyone was very friendly and inviting. They called me the next day with a job offer.
