There is an initial phone interview. If you pass that, you are generally invited to an in-person interview within the week. Everything said in the interview is recorded on their computers. Then if you make it, you’ll get a phone call within a few days.

The interview took place in the upstairs cafe. It was conducted by an HR representative and the head of the prepared foods department. Both were very kind and welcoming. The interview itself was very laid back and right to the point.
