Interview
I had a 30 minute zoom interview with three faculty members. One was incredibly hostile and did not understand my work at all. This person asked ridiculous and unclear questions.
First if was Zoom ~30 minutes interview including a brief teaching demo. Then 1-day on-campus interview. The day was filled with 30-minutes meetings with faculty members, deans, 1-hour departmental seminar, and lunch with students. It was overall very positive experience.
