Wellmark Human Resources interview questions

Met with very interesting and intelligent people during my interviews, and appreciated the time everyone took out of their busy schedules. The downside was that there were multiple call-back interviews and (rather oddly) many of the same questions were asked at each interview. In addition, questions are clearly scripted and each person is told which question(s) to ask. Ultimately, this interviewing style contributes to a cold impression of the company.
