I applied online to a specific site and they called and said they were not approved to hire for that job yet but offered me an interview for per Diem. I never heard back from them. About 3 months later they called me for another position (different than the 2 above) and asked me to interview. I did and it felt very much like they were wanting to sell me on the job instead of the other way around. About a week after the interview I received an email with an offer letter. There was never a phone call with a job offer. I reviewed the offer and responded that I declined due to the poor benefits but would be open to per Diem. They never responded.
