HSA was straightforwad during interview process. Expectations were clearly communicated.I am a new nurse and the resources provided were what helped me accept the position. I was also allowed to job shadow to see what i was going to be doing. That was a great experience. The nurse I shadowed was knowledgeable.. There was a good repoire bettween managment and staff.

Interview was over the phone, but went very well. They seem like they are very family oriented on the phone and care for their employees. The manager was very welcoming and friendly and was really excited to hear of my experience.
