Phone screening then an interview with the hiring manager. They basically tell you about the position, the company, and want to know the skills you have to offer based on your resume. They seemed like good folks. Easy scheduling of interviews but the only drawback was that the hiring manager told me they would schedule me for an additional interview through correspondence the next day and I never heard from anyone anymore. Would have appreciated some sort of email giving me closure.
