Applied online and was asked to schedule a preliminary phone screen with one of their healthcare recruiters. I scheduled my call time and emailed the recruiter to confirm the appointment and provide my resume. On the day and time my phone screen was scheduled, I never received a call nor would the recruiter respond to my emails. I would not recommend applying for nonclinical positions online if this is how they handle the application process.
