I applied through pool in campus drive. There were four rounds, one aptitude test, HR round, operations round and managerial round.The interview was quite simple and the questions were very basic from commerce point of view. I answered all the questions confidently and to my knowledge 90% of the questions which I answered were correct. But still I did not get the offer. In the beginning of the interview process they show lot of interest in recruiting you, though you score well in your graduation and answer well in the interview there is no guarantee that they would select you. They may select candidates much less efficient than you. They are not systematic nor transparent in their recruitment process.
