The initial interview was done through phone and 2 weeks later got an email to fly to Charlotte for the Veterans Cohort Team. The staff was very smooth and super nice.

Mostly behavioral with 1 question about linkage of statements. Behavioral questions like teamwork, adaptibility, failure and weakness.
