Interview
One prescreen phone call with a recruiter plus what was supposed to be a video interview. The video didn't work so it was done by phone, starting nearly fifteen minutes late. They made no attempt to reschedule so we could meet face to face. When I did not get the job, they didn't even tell me- I had to log into their portal to find out. Pretty poor process, so I wasn't upset I didn't get the job. How could I when they didn't even get to see me and build any rapport?

How do you manage dealing with difficult employees?
Multiple interviews with same person. Called to setup interviews from random numbers and had to reschedule versus emailing me dates. Multiple times job was posted, delisted, canceled. Job title seems very loose and description changed from actual role multiple times.

Asked about background and resume. Typical behavoriak. No probing questions. For a big company seemed up to the interviewee though I think there was a list of questions.
