Great interview process with 2 rounds then received a phone call on my offer. the interview was mostly behavioral and not many technicals, prepare on behavioral and situational questions. Very personal and open people

Asks mostly behavioral style questions. Went through rounds. 1 interviewer in the first round and two interviewers in the second round. Prepare to use the star method. All interviews were online.
My interviewer asked me to walk him through my resume, highlighting the best parts and what I would like to emphasize on. Then, three behavioral questions: a time I had to pivot, a time I had to work in a team, and a time I had to take initiative.
