Pretty strait forward. 2 interviews and 1 case study that the interviewer walks you through. First interview was one person and the second interview was 2 people at the same time. Both interviews were on zoom and so was the case study.
Written exam. First interview with associates relatively behavioral minor technicals. Final round with SVP’s one interview is very technical one is more behavioral. Each interview was 2 weeks after the next and the whole process took about 2 months.

Interview questions are very easy. They want to know if you have a basic understanding of CRE and the markets. I will say, after my interview the recruitment coordinator and the team went silent on me. I was told I would hear back within a week, however, It has been a month since the final round interview and I have not received any communication as to where I stand in the process.
