I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Wells Fargo
Interview
I applied via my school's careers website and then conducted an interview via phone with one recruiter, which lasted approximately 30 minutes. I found out that I moved onto the second stage of the recruitment process, which involves another phone interview but this time with 3-4 people, including more senior staff in the office where I would be working. The questions are very straightforward, all focused on my resume, career motivations, and the US economy.
The interview went really smooth and the interviewer was truly engaging which made me confident to put across my points really well. The questions were very straight forward and didnt get much time.
It was a pleasant interview process. Interviewers were friendly and easy to talk to. there were 3 interview rounds total. They asked questions you’d expect on behaviorals and technicals side.
It had three rounds technical which is tricky. Pls prepare well for that. On DSA and architect. Even in managerial round also it has technical. All are complex and Java oriented.
