I applied online via their Work Day ATS but did not pass the screening stage - which is what I found out after I rechecked the application status on WorkDay. How is it that in 2023 a company is unable to build a template rejection/notification in their ATS letting to let an applicant know they did not pass a stage - especially when one is consumer facing as well?! Applicants spend time to research a role and complete ATS profiles so any company should have the courtesy to notify/reject as applicable. It really goes up their with some applications saying "If you do not hear from us in 48 hrs consider yourself not selected."
