Question 1
Q: How do you handle a conflict with your co-workers
Sat with 2 managers and answered mostly situational questions from previous experience. Sometimes it takes a bit to remember the answers but overall fairly easy. Outside of that, not much of anything else to add.

Interview
Interview started with phone call to screen you. You have to pass that phone call. Then they set up another interview either in person or phone call with hiring manager. At the meeting, you start with the usually awkward introduction. Then you get to the meat of the interview, the behavior questions. These question are too vague, so keep it simple and answer in complete sentences and thoughts.
