Interview
I had a recruiter reach out to me for a role available in the Charlotte area. I applied and made it to the final interview stage after completing a writing sample and prior interview screening. After building rapport with my interviewers and feeling assured I did well, I later learned that Wells Fargo hired an INTERNAL candidate. Seemed like a massive waste of time to go through all that just to hire internally, why have your recruiters reach out at that point??
