Very chill, mostly conversational. If you know how to keep a conversation going and know your “tell me about a time when” then you will be good. Make sure to ask questions in the end.
Not too hard, phone screening then a work sample and final round interview. Know the basics and a bit more about commercial banking and you will be fine. The people seem nice and the training seems to prepare you well.
