Interview
Well you fill out an initial application then in 1-2 weeks a recruiter assigned to the requisition will reach out to you . The recruiter connects with you via email or through modern hire email so you can self schedule your phone screen . That you setup a 30 min phone screen . You are asked more primarily questions about recruitment maybe 4-5 questions and some required application questions like are you a US Citizen,Are you 18 or older ,Have you worked here before or any affiliated companies,Do you require sponsorship. After that then typically the recruiter will let you know if you moved on to the next step which is an interview with the hiring manager for the role then the phone interview is about 30 mins with the HM. Then in a week or so the recruiter will reach back out with an offer to you verbally then you will be sent an offer letter via email from workday but it will come from a system called cisive. And then you just sign your offer letter and complete the pre onboarding task.

Was hired through a staffing agency. Completed a phone screen and was hired as a contractor. Hired full time 6 months later as a full time employee with an increase in pay.
