Rushed which you would expect to be nice but the team was very disorganized and clearly needed help quickly. Gave a sense of over worked under appreciated employees that lacked time to organize and formalize direction. Notably the Directors said they didn’t have a quarterly marketing plan mapped and were working to plan out just a week or two because they were always in a crunch

I sent in my resume, they called and we were able to set up an in-person interview. I showed up and was interviewed by two lovely people. I sent a thank you when we were done and I received the offer the following day.
