Everyone in the front office was very friendly. They made me feel much more relaxed before I went in for my interview. I interviewed with five different nurse managers. They were all very relaxed and made it a very comfortable interview.

I had an in person interview with the unit manager as new grad. It was straight forward and they asked me questions about myself, why I chose nursing, where do I see myself in several years, how do I handle stress, why that specific unit, etc
