Interview
The interview was very laid back. There were two people in the interview who took turns asking a set of question, most of which related to patient care from clinicals. The questions were simple and mostly focused on customer satisfaction, problem solving, and conflict management in which you would than give examples from past experience. They manager does ask for your top 3 choices once you graduate and get ready for nursing, and is looking for externs who would want to be retained within WellStar.

Super simple! All the interviewers were really nice and answered all my questions. The questions were about best and worst experiences and why you chose nursing. It was 2 separate interviews.

Once you apply you should hear from the recruitment team via email within a month, depending on the time between submitting your application and the program start date. The next step is an invitation to interview, my interview was online due to COVID precautions. The interview is about 20minutes, and you should have a decision or contingent offer in a week.
